Dining at the elm is a feast for the senses every meal of the day. From house-made bagels and pastries to decadent desert treats we strive to make every meal an experience that you’ll remember.
We try to honor the history and the community by using as much local produce as possible. Our menus change seasonally to reflect the changing produce from the Milford and Cooperstown areas. We partner with local farmers to bring their hard work to your plate.
There has been a hotel and tavern on this property since the mid-1800s. The current building was built in 1883 and has been known as Raffenberger’s, the Milford Inn, the Milford Tavern, and for most of its long history as the Elm Inn. We’re honoring the history of the space by serving local, farm fresh tavern fare from breakfast through late night. If the tavern is open, food is available for locals and travelers alike.
We look forward to welcoming you!
